Experience

Troy has a combined 17 years experience in Public Practice and Commerce, predominantly in business services, taxation, audit and business improvement.

Troy joined Rochdale in 2005 following 7 years in commerce as General Manager and Financial Controller of a number of wholesale operations with his main focus on business improvement. Prior to that, Troy worked in a number of second tier firms in Brisbane, BDO Nelson Parkhill and Grant Thornton.

From his time in the commercial world he grew a passion for advising small to medium enterprises and family owned businesses on all facets of business from the Board level right through the chain of command.
