Ride to Work Day - 13 October 2010
Each year Rochdale Accounting & Financial Services participates in the national ride to work day aimed to “encourage workers to feel good and have fun by commuting to work whilst doing there bit for the environment”. This year we will be riding around the Goonellabah/Alstonville area with distances varying from approximately 10km to 40km. Following the ride we will be hosting a well deserved breakfast at the office. We are looking to depart at approximately 6am for the longer ride and aim to all be back at the office for breakfast by 7:45. Please keep an eye on area for more details on the event. We hope you can all join us!

Important Changes to Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Payment Summaries

Please note that 2010 PAYGW Summaries (Group Certificates) differ from previous year’s summaries. If you prepare electronic summaries from MYOB or Quickbooks you will need to ensure you have the latest versions of each product.
- MYOB minimum V18.5
- Quickbooks minimum 2009/2010
* Please note also that bookkeepers must be registered as BAS Agents (or have notified the ATO of their intention to register) to prepare year end payment summaries. This is also the case for all BAS preparation.
